I built the Komsan app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.
If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Komsan APP unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
We collect personal data when you register an account with us, complete a web application form, login to our Services (via username or by using a social network login), or otherwise interact with us. We process user personal data to provide and administer the Services and communicate with you, to provide a better use experience, inform you of new Services or Services feature, and, in limited circumstance, to protect the Services and our rights. The nature and extent of processing, the type of personal data processed, the purposes and legal basis on which we process personal data, as well as the organizational and technical measures that we implemented to ensure the security of processing which applies to the processing of personal data within or in connection with our provision of Services to you and sets out our commitment to protecting personal data and privacy of individuals.
We have implemented and will maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures, internal controls, and information security routines in accordance with good industry practice and having regard to the state of technological development to protect your data against accidental loss, destruction, or alteration; unauthorized disclosure or access (including but not limited to taking reasonable steps to ensure the reliability of employees having access to your data and providing for limited access rights and access controls; authentication; personal training; regular back up; data recovery and incidental management procedures; restrictions on storing, printing and disposal of personal data; software protection of devices on which personal data are stored; etc.); or unlawful destruction.
Data collected from you or your individual users may be transferred to, and stored and processed in Cambodia or any other country outside Cambodia in which our suppliers or vendors maintain facilities, subject to implementation of appropriate legal mechanisms as required by EU law to ensure an adequate level of personal data protection by the third-party processors.
You agree that we may use aggregated and anonymised data derived from the data provided by you or collected by the program analytics such as user behaviour and activities for its own statistics, for auditing, for the purposes of product and market research and analytics (which help us to optimize and improve its Services and their usability, the range of Services, and to develop new technologies, products and services), and for benchmarks and other analyses

User Information
the user’s mobile phone number / password for Komsan Service;
profile information (Service display names);
cookies;
user’s IP address;
device information (OS type, serial number, mobile advertising ID, hardware information etc.) browser type, and browser language;
anonymous location data, including but not limited to user’s geo-location and WiFi network to which a user’s device is connected or in-range where applicable.
Purpose of User Information
The collected user Information shall be used for any of the following purposes:
to provide our services to you;
for customer service, security, archival and backup purposes in connection with the provision of our services;
to prevent fraudulent use of the Services by any users;
to provide you with better advertising and direct marketing experience;
to develop our new services and improve our existing services.
for aggregated customer analytics and market research purposes.
Third Party Contractor
The Komsan APP may engage a third party contractor to handle the personal information collected from the users to achieve certain purpose concerning the use of the Service, if I, at my discretion, believe it to be necessary. I will reasonably evaluate the eligibility and capability of such third party contractor, execute a confidentiality agreement with it, and make it set up a system to manage the collected information.
Shared Use of Information
The Komsan APP may share the user's personal information with a business partner, provided that the we shall inform the user of the purpose of information sharing, the name of the business partner, and the information to be shared such a business partner.
Location information
The Komsan APP may share user’s anonymous location data with other third parties for interest-based advertising, aggregated customer analytics and market research purposes.
Measurement of Advertising Effectiveness
To measure the effectiveness of the advertisement, I may install third party modules in the smart phone versions of the Services.
Children’s Privacy
The Komsan Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 years. The Komsan Service is also not offered to children whose age makes it illegal to process their personal data or requires parental consent for the processing of their personal data under the GDPR or other local law.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 years or under the applicable age limit (the "Age Limit"). If you are under the Age Limit, please do not use the Komsan Service, and do not provide any personal data to us.
If you are a parent of a child under the Age Limit and become aware that your child has provided personal data to Komsan, please contact us using the 'Contact Us' form on the Privacy Center, and you may request exercise of your applicable rights detailed in Section 3 'Your rights and your preferences: Giving you choice and control' of this Policy.
If we learn that we have collected the personal data of a child under the age of 13 years, we will take reasonable steps to delete the personal data. This may require us to delete the Komsan account for that child.
Modifications to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be revised periodically. Notices will be sent to users to advise the changes.

Deletion
You would like to stop using the Service,You mayask us to delete or remove your Personal Data by emailing to mohasomnang@mohasomnang.com and provideus your account ID to remove.
It typically takes about 60 days to delete an account after account closure,but some information may remain in backup copies for a reasonable period of time.
If you request that we close your account, we'll delete or anonymise your personal data so it no longer identifies youunless we're required to keep something or we still need to use it for a legallyjustifiable reason.Here are some examples of situationswhere we're legally allowed or required to keep some of your personal data:
1. if there's an unresolved issue relating to your account such as an outstanding credit or unresolved claim or dispute
